Terms of Service

By accessing or using LifeOS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LifeOS.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LifeOS. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission. By using LifeOS, you represent that you meet these requirements.

LifeOS is not available in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at hello@getlifeos.info if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

You retain ownership of all content and data you create in LifeOS ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to it. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions

LifeOS includes AI-powered features. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon for critical decisions, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before acting on them.

By using AI features, you consent to your prompts and messages being processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) as described in our Privacy Policy.

LifeOS integrates with third-party services (Google, Microsoft, etc.). Your use of those integrations is also governed by the third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Some features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

LifeOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LifeOS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFEOS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIFEOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifeOS and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account or by emailing hello@getlifeos.info.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware. If you are an EU consumer, mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country also apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of LifeOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
